Frequently asked questions
How do I write page ranges?
Use commas and dashes, for example 1-3, 5, 8-. A trailing dash means “to the end”.
How fast is it for large files?
A 1,000-page document can be cut into 100 parts in a few seconds.
Are the split files in a ZIP?
When there is more than one file, they are delivered in a single ZIP. You can view each part before downloading.
Is it safe? Are my files uploaded?
Your files are never uploaded. Everything runs inside your own browser, so there is no server that could receive, store or leak your documents. You can even switch off your internet connection after the page has loaded and it keeps working.
