Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from Split PDF?

Extract is for picking exactly the pages you want by looking at them. Split cuts a document into parts by a rule such as a range or a fixed number of pages.

Can I get every page as its own file?

Yes. Select the pages, switch on the single-page option, and you get a ZIP with one PDF per page.

Are pages kept in order?

Yes, the extracted pages follow their order in the original document.

Is it safe? Are my files uploaded?

Your files are never uploaded. Everything runs inside your own browser, so there is no server that could receive, store or leak your documents. You can even switch off your internet connection after the page has loaded and it keeps working.
