Frequently asked questions

Is this a legally binding signature?

It adds an image of your signature to the page, which is accepted for many everyday documents. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, so check what your recipient requires.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. You can draw with your finger and drag the signature into place.

Is my signature stored?

Only if you tick “Remember on this device”, and then only in your own browser. It is never sent anywhere.

Is it safe? Are my files uploaded?

Your files are never uploaded. Everything runs inside your own browser, so there is no server that could receive, store or leak your documents. You can even switch off your internet connection after the page has loaded and it keeps working.
